*Due to the public health crisis across the U.S., POD has decided to cancel this event. Please note that the Supreme Court is still scheduled to hear oral arguments in U.S. v Briggs and U.S. v Collins on March 23, 2o2o at 10am EST.*

On March 23, 2020 the U.S. will hear oral arguments in the case of U.S. v. Briggs & U.S. v. Collins to determine whether a five-year statute of limitations applies to rape cases that occurred between 1986-2006. Join POD, survivor Harmony Allen (who's case was overturned as a result of the lower court ruling), and other MST survivors and advocates to show support for victims of sexual violence in the military in front of the Supreme Court during the hearing!

Protect Our Defenders, a MWC Steering Committee member will host a rally to support survivors of MST outside of the Supreme Court throughout and after the oral argument. All members of the MWC and supporters are welcome to attend!

A press conference will begin at 11:30am in front of the steps of the Supreme Court with Harmony Allen and POD President, COL Don Christen (USAF, Ret.). Attendees may begin to gather at 10:30am.

If you are interested in the event, please go to the Facebook event page for more information and to RSVP:
